The project turns existing offices into a fancy apartment,
right in the heart of the city of Pesaro.
The independent entrance is characterized by
a volume fully covered in gray slate.
As the visitor enters is welcomed by
a light steel staircase taking to the
upper floor where the main functions of the house are.
The big living room with several large windows
is opposed to the private parts of the house (master bedroom and
toilets) that are enclosed in a pietra serena stone covered volume.
The kitchen is placed into this volume, but in a direct
connection with the living thanks to the two big sliding doors.
