twofour54 is the Media Free Zone of Abu Dhabi, this project consists of the complete fitout of a new business centre in North Park building, next to Khalifa Park, Abu Dhabi.
M+N Architecture has been assigned the design and supervision of 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the building.
M+N’s space planning maximized the efficiency of the areas, creating 64 offices (some of which includes internal meeting rooms), as well as natural light and internal flows.
The first batch of offices (3rd and 4th floors) opened to clients on 01-01-2016 and the second batch is currently under way.
Once again, M+N delivered its services on time with full satisfaction of the client.
