Wine cellar and sale spaces

2008
Cesena (Italy)

Area: 600 sqm
Client: private company
Cost: 7.500.000 AED (1.500.000 €)
Performed services: full architecture design, permitting, supervision
Status: completed

The building is situated in a
protected area and the will of the
client was to create a building with
a traditional image that would have
gone along with the surrounding
historical countryside. The building only
has one floor above the ground
and extends underground
with two more floors. The
upper floor represents a unique
sale space; the middle floor, with a
small kitchen, is used as restaurant;
the underground floor is a real old style
cellar with space for barriques.
