Antonio studied architecture at the University of Florence, Italy, earning his degree in 1976. After an initial period of academic research in Urban Planning, he established his first design team in Florence. He became a registered architect with the Italian Order of Architects (O.A.P.P.C.) in 1977 and went on to found Marcon Architetti in 1984. Starting his career at a young age, Antonio has accumulated extensive experience in designing educational and medical facilities, as well as tertiary and commercial buildings. As lead architect, he has overseen major building programs for the University of Florence, the University of Modena and Reggio, local health authorities in Florence and Prato, and several municipalities across Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, and Veneto. Antonio specializes in bio-climatic and sustainable architecture, having completed the “Bioclimatic Planning” course by Eurosolar Italia in 2005 and the “Klima Haus” course in 2006. His expertise also extends to architectural design, contracting, and construction management. Over the past 30 years, he has been the partner in charge of all projects developed by Marcon Architetti, with a portfolio of over 100 completed works. Following the establishment of M+N Architecture, Antonio joined the Board of Directors and became Chairman of the company. He now plays a pivotal role in managing the firm from both strategic and technical perspectives, contributing his unparalleled experience and professionalism to all major projects undertaken by the office.
Lorenzo studied architecture in Florence, Italy, where he graduated cum laude and was awarded the “Best Student of the Year” for the academic year 2001/2002. His education included a year at the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK, and a term at New York University in New York City, USA. Following graduation, Lorenzo joined the renowned Italian architectural firm Archea Associati and became a registered architect with the Italian Order of Architects (O.A.P.P.C.). In 2004, he began postgraduate studies and earned a PhD in Architectural Technology in 2007, completing a thesis on innovative applications of tensegrity structures. Lorenzo started his freelance architectural career in 2003 and co-founded nEmoGruppo Architetti in 2004 with other young Italian architects. As a partner, he worked on various projects and competitions in Italy and internationally, spanning urban design, landscape architecture, and set design. Alongside his architectural practice, Lorenzo collaborated with the University of Florence, tutoring students in the Architecture Technology course and co-supervising several final theses. In 2010, Lorenzo was appointed Managing Director and relocated to Abu Dhabi, where he has been leading M+N’s Middle East branch office.
Alessandra studied architecture in Florence, Italy, where she began her career working with the renowned firm Archea Associati. She became a registered architect with the Italian Order of Architects and, in 2004, earned her Master's degree in Product Design from the School of Industrial Technologies in Florence. In 2005, Alessandra joined the prestigious Italian lighting company F.lli Martini Illuminazione as a product and lighting designer. That same year, she became a partner at nEmoGruppo Architetti, participating in numerous projects and competitions both in Italy and internationally. In addition to her architectural work, Alessandra launched her own product design brand, missBABA, which has been showcased at various exhibitions, including the GWANGJU DESIGN BIENNALE and the Milan, Rome, and Florence Design Weeks. She continues to collaborate as a product designer with Italian and international brands. In 2010, Alessandra became a certified specialist in energy-efficient building design. At M+N Architecture, she serves as the Head of Interior Design, where she brings her diverse expertise and creative vision to the firm’s projects.
Sabrina studied architecture in Venice, Italy, earning her degree in 1999. She became a registered architect with the Italian Order of Architects in 2001 and, in 2003, completed a course in Bio-Architecture organized by ANAB in Florence. After collaborating with various architects on interior and landscape design projects, Sabrina joined Marcon Architetti in 2000, where she honed her skills and developed a strong sensitivity for both public and private projects. She contributed to the design of outdoor spaces for several schools, including the kindergarten in Montale—where she oversaw the creation of the "natural theater"—as well as the primary school in Soliera and the school in Montagnana. In these projects, she also played a key role in shaping the interior spaces, integrating pedagogical and bio-climatic principles. Sabrina incorporates sustainable design concepts into her work, prioritizing plant species that require minimal watering and optimizing their ability to provide shade while reducing the "heat island" effect. At M+N Architecture, Sabrina serves as Director of the Landscape Design Team, where she applies her expertise to create thoughtful and environmentally conscious outdoor spaces.
Luca graduated cum laude in architecture in 2003 from the University of Florence, Italy. Immediately after graduation, he joined Marcon Architetti and became a registered architect in 2004. That same year, he was one of the founding members of nEmoGruppo Architetti, a dynamic and successful architectural firm. From his early work as a collaborator at Marcon Architetti to his experience as a partner at nEmoGruppo, Luca has been involved in numerous projects and competitions of varying types and scales. He specializes in guiding the design process from the conceptual phase all the way to construction. In 2006, Luca further expanded his expertise by becoming a certified “Construction Safety Expert,” specializing in construction safety planning and supervision according to Italian national law. At M+N Architecture, Luca serves as Chief Architect in the design development team, where he leads the firm’s architectural projects from concept to execution.
Davide studied architecture in Florence, Italy, where he graduated cum laude in 2002. During his studies, he spent a year at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette in France, where he also worked for the French architectural firm BUFFI ASSOCIES. Upon returning to Italy, Davide began collaborating with the renowned firm Archea Associati in 2002 and registered as a chartered architect with the Italian Order of Architects. In 2004, he started working as a freelance architect and, in the same year, co-founded nEmoGruppo Architetti. As a partner at nEmoGruppo, Davide contributed to various projects and competitions in Italy and abroad. He was also responsible for designing several of the firm’s successful installations for major corporate events and conventions across Italy and Europe. Currently, Davide serves as Chief Architect in the design department at M+N Architecture, where he leads the firm’s architectural projects from concept through to execution.

The studio also has strong connections with several Italian and international universities (Rome, Florence, Bologna, Abu Dhabi), as some of our architects and engineers hold PhDs, serve as researchers, or are involved in university courses and studies as visiting professors.
