Antonio studied architecture at the University of Florence (Italy), where he received his degree in 1976. In Florence, after a first period of academic research on Urban Planning he started a first design team. He registered as chartered architect in the Italian Order of Architects (O.A.P.P.C.) in 1977 and founded the studio Marcon Architetti in 1984. Antonio started working very young and through the years has developed a wide experience in the design of educational and medical facilities, as well as tertiary and commercial buildings. As lead architect, he developed major building programmes for the University of Florence, the University of Modena and Reggio, the local health authorities of Florence and Prato and several municipalities of the regions of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. He boasts an expertise in bio-climatic and sustainable architecture (he attended in 2005 the course “Bioclimatic Planning” promoted by Eurosolar Italia and in 2006 the course “Klima Haus”), architectural design, contracting and construction management. In the past 30 years he overlooked as partner in charge all the projects developed by “Marcon Architetti”, whose portfolio of completed projects boasts more than 100 works. After the establishment of M+N Architecture, Antonio has become member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the company; he is dedicated to manage the firm under both the strategical and technical point of view and invests his unique experience and professionalism in all major projects developed in the office.
Lorenzo studied architecture in Florence (Italy) where he graduated “cum laude”, receiving the “best student of the year” award, for the academic year 2001/2002. His studies included a year spent at University of Central England in Birmingham (UK) and a term at New York University in New York City (USA). Immediately after graduation, Lorenzo worked for the renowned Italian architectural firm ”Archea Associati” and registered as a chartered architect in the Italian Order of Architects (O.A.P.P.C.). In 2004 he began post-graduate study, obtaining his PhD in Architecture Technology in 2007, with a final thesis on innovative use of tensegrity structures. Lorenzo started working as a freelance architect in 2003, and, with other young Italian architects, founded nEmoGruppo Architetti in 2004. As a partner of nEmoGruppo, he was involved in several projects and competitions in Italy and abroad, spanning from urban design and landscape design to architecture and set design. He continued to alternate his architectural work with collaborations at the University of Florence, where he tutored students of the Architecture Technology course and co-tutored several students in their final thesis. In 2010 Lorenzo was appointed Managing Director and is currently living in Abu Dhabi and managing M+N’s Middle East branch office. His academic career is continuing in UAE, with a collaboration as a part time instructor at Alhosn University.
Alessandra studied architecture in Florence (Italy). She worked for renowned “Archea Associati” and registered in the Italian Order of Architects. In 2004 she received her M. degree in product design from the School of Industrial Technologies in Florence. In 2005 she started working for renowned Italian lighting company “F.lli Martini Illuminazione” as product and lighting designer. In the same year she joined nEmoGruppo architetti; as a partner she found herself involved in many projects and competitions in Italy and abroad. She founded missBABA, her own product design brand, who showcased in many exhibitions: GWANGJU DESIGN BIENNALE, Milan, Rome and Florence Design Weeks. She is currently working as a product designer for Italian and International brands. In 2010 she qualified as specialized architect in energy certification of buildings. In M+N Architecture Alessandra is Head of Interior Design.
Giacomo graduated in architecture in Florence (Italy) and immediately after registered as a chartered architect in the Italian Order of Architects. He was among the founders of nEmoGruppo Architetti in 2004. Giacomo has always shown a strong interest and a peculiar talent in classical and digital form of visual representation; during his studies and through his professional experience he has developed a unique approach to architecture and graphic design. He continues to collaborate with the University of Florence, where he lectures on the subject of interaction between computer graphics and architecture and tutors students of the “Computer Aided Design” course. Giacomo also boasts a solid botanical knowledge and has been involved in many projects in the field of garden and landscape design. In M+N Architecture, Giacomo is Head of the Graphic Design and CAD team and digital technology upgrade and innovation.
Sabrina studied architecture in Venice (Italy), where she received her degree in 1999. She registered two years later in the Italian Order of Architects and in 2003 she attended a course on Bio-Architecture, organized by ANAB in Florence. After some collaborations with various architects on interior and landscape design, she joined Marcon Architetti in 2000, developing her skills and sensitivity for public and private projects. She took part at the design of the outdoor spaces of the kindergarten in Montale, where she overlooked the design of the "natural theater", and also of the primary school in Soliera and of the school in Montagnana. In all school projects she has been involved, she also collaborated in the definition of the internal spaces, according to pedagogic and bio-climatic criteria. Sabrina also adopts sustainable concepts to the design of external spaces, favoring the use of plantations that require minimum watering and maximizing their efficiency in providing shaded areas and in avoiding "heat island" effect. In M+N Architecture Sabrina is director in the landscape design team.
Luca graduated cum laude in architecture in 2003 at the University of Florence (Italy). Immediately after graduation, he started to work for Marcon Architetti and in 2004 became a chartered architect. In the same year he was among the founder of nEmoGruppo Architetti, a young, dynamic and successful architectural firm. From his first steps as a young collaborator of Marcon Architetti and through his experience as a partner of nEmoGruppo, Luca was involved in many projects and competitions of different kind and scale; he is specialized in the development of the design from the conceptual phase to construction. In 2006 he also became a “construction safety expert”, obtaining the specialization in construction safety planning and supervision as per Italian national law. In M+N Architecture Luca is Chief Architect in the design development team.
Davide studied architecture in Florence (Italy) where he graduated cum laude in 2002. During his studies he spent a year at Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette (France); in this period he also worked for French architectural firm BUFFI ASSOCIES. Back in Italy, in 2002 Davide started a collaboration with renowned firm “Archea Associati” and registered as a chartered architect in the Italian Order of Architects. Davide started working as a freelance architect in 2004 and in the same year founded nEmoGruppo Architetti. As a partner of nEmoGruppo, he was involved in various projects and competitions in Italy and abroad. He was also responsible of the design of many of our successful installations that we developed in Italy and Europe, for big corporate events and conventions. Today Davide is Chief Architect in the design department of M+N Architecture.

The studio also boasts several connections with Italian and foreign universities (Rome, Florence, Venice, London, Abu Dhabi) as some of our architects and engineers are PhD doctors, researchers or have a role in University courses and studies.
