A new flagship for Dubai’s Importers, located in Motor City which has been considered the upcoming biggest development of the city, the new dealership founds its roots next to the Dubai racetrack, three stories building spread on a surface roundabout 15.000 sqm. The basement fully dedicated as covered parking, due to the weather conditions, the ground floor pushes a bit further the common idea of automotive retail, blending together sales activities with aftersales, combining these two different businesses, the customer journey took the chance to go through the multidisciplinary aspects that the segment of automotive could offer. The first floor fully dedicated to the sales activity, where different brand and sub-brands embrace the customer in a unique experience through the world of BMW. The building itself pays particular attention to the environment, a LEED certification will be achieved for several aspects and conditions integrated within the design and the overall process. The project was developed within the framework agreement with BMW Middle East which was active from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2018.
