The project, The Development of Masterplan
and Buildings, is a closed compound
located in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, plot
17, between Al-Mahfouz Street and Al
Anwar Street.
The program includes the construction of 5
buildings (including 107 apartments, 2
buildings are G+4 and 3 buildings are
G+5), 96 townhouses (Ground Floor, First
Floor and Roof Floor), 14 stand-alone-villas
(Ground Floor, First Floor and Roof Floor), a
gymnasium (Ground floor and Mezzanine)
with external courts, a prayer hall with Imam
Residence (ground floor), a retail building
(Ground floor, will be only shell and core)
with access from outside the plot and 2
substations along with public spaces and a
playground for kids.
