The project consists of the new Press Conference Room for the National Media Council and it’s located inside the main building (Park Rotana complex) of Abu Dhabi Media Free Zone “twofour54”. It features an open area, with reception and coffee counter to welcome audience and journalists and to serve as pre-event waiting area. In such area 4 hot-desking workstations and a meeting room can be found. The core of the whole space is the press conference room which can accommodate up to 35 guests and showcases a podium divided into two levels to house videocameras for live-streaming and recording. The ceiling of the press room has been designed with an anti-reverbaration profile and houses professional stage lighting as well as a base light made of LED linear lights able to produce and illumination level of 1500-2000 lux, as per requirements of TV broadcasting standards. The space has a direct access to the parking outside, allowing for direct access of guests and VIPs.
