The office is located on the 27th floor of Al Khatim Tower in Abu Dhabi Global Market, Maryah Island, the top financial district of the city of Abu Dhabi the capital of UAE. The design is based on transparency, clean geometries and high quality materials, such as the Botticino flooring, the Travertine wall finish, the wood cladding and carpets. The project consists of the interior fit out of the new offices of Al Dhabi Investment; it includes main reception, operative area and management area. The operative area consists of open space workstations, enclosed offices, a lounge sitting area, phone booths, large pantry, meeting room, storage and prayer room. The management area includes CEO and CIO offices, 2 additional enclosed offices and a board meeting room with internal majilis.
