The masterplan foresees the construction of 28 single-family
housing units, a multi-functional building of 750 sq.m and the
refurbishment of an existing building to be used as guest
house. It includes also the implementation of all necessary
infrastructure works, vehicular and pedestrian pathways, and
landscaping of the entire area.
An elevated pedestrian pathway is also proposed and acts as
viewpoint-belvedere on the surrounding landscape and the
near lake. The MEP project includes the creation of a
centralized district heating system with geothermal heat pumps.
