The project foresees the construction
of a G+4 new building used as a
multi-generations, mixed-function space;
in particular, there is a kindergarten
on the ground floor and housing for young
couples and elderly people on the
upper floors, alternating with
common spaces. The building is
structured around a landscaped
courtyard that also works as an
entrance square to the lot. In the
basement is the car parking,
cellars and technical rooms. The
building is designed in accordance
with the regulations on energy
efficiency requirements.
