The big area was once housing an important factory.
The factory then moved to the outskirt and the
plot became a very interesting land for the municipality,
due to the proximity to the town center.
The new project foresees the construction of
office, commercial (shops and supermarket) and residential units.
One part of the plot will house a KG.
The design focuses on maintaining the memory
of the former factory through keeping selected elements
while giving to the new development a contemporary look.
